Before measuring, use fork to fluff Eggz. Whisk ¼ cup of loosely packed Eggz with 6 to 8 TBS non-dairy creamer and pour into a lightly greased, pre-heated non-stick skillet. Cook until browned on underside, flip to brown the other side. Fill half with your favourite fillings and fold over the other half.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year with the container closed or the Expiry date shown on the package.
